Three beautiful people [Ralph Nelson, Tim Oh, & Jimmy Rodriguez] were killed in a head-on collision with three-other high school students from Reedley High School in 1969. The three-Dinuba High School students had ultimate personel skills. They had a magnetic personality, bright and cheerful, mild mannored. Ralph Nelson was the President of the class of 1969. He participated in several club activities, he worked well with others. Ralph was the lead singer of a band called "Peace," his favorite singer was Jimmie Hendrix. Ralph's parents brought him up to be patriotic, respectable, hohorable, and respond with intredgrity at all times. Tim Oh was mild, a special friend to most in his class. Jimmy Rodriguez was an active athlete who was well liked by those who knew him. Also in memory: Wally Mason, well liked by his classmates. He was well talented in art and painting. Richard Green became a liason for the US and served in the Cremlin in Russa. He spoke 7 languages and assisted in foreign trade [US/Russia]. Richard also instructed high school English, and an avid Golf participant who had above talent for the game. Richard came from family who followed the foot steps of four-children all who sucessfully instructed academics. There are approximately 220 DUHS students who were in class of 1969..Others have passed away but not listed at this time...

Let's not forget Ray Barnes, a man not big in size but big in life. He loved his friends, he was a Merchant Seaman traveling the world; never hestitaing to call you if he had your phone number from anywhere in the world. He traveled so far, yet died so close to home in a tragic accident between Reedley and Sanger. His favorite songs, Cowgirl in the Sand and Will the Circle Be Unbroken. If I had to describe him in one word I would say "spunky" no fear, he lived his short live to the fullest. He is missed until we meet "in the sky Lord, in the sky" - Kisses, Sharon

Tom! You posted several errors with your information about our bandmates. They didn't die in a head on collision with 3 other Reedley students in 1969. They were killed on Friday night before Raison Day of 1976. And one of them was Jimmy Gomez. Rallph was in several bands before he was in that band you mentioned. He is now on Facebook with my Holy Smoke Page that was submitted by myself last year.
